Shipping Information

Birds and Yarn takes a great deal of pride in providing you quality and well packaged, fast shipping to you. Once you place your order with us and we receive payment, we will contact you with our shipping information within 48 hours.

All our packages include a tracking number that can be tracked through the USPS Tracking System.  We do our best to track all packages sent to you and any other follow up you may need in regards to shipping.

We know that sometimes it is hard to stop buying things especially when you know how good they are, that is why we combine items together to save you money on shipping. If the total weight of your items is 13 oz. or less, we will ship them by USPS First Class (2-6 working days). Everything that is over 13 oz. will be sent by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 working days).

To ensure ours and your peace of mind we always insist on using confirmation for every single order. If you live overseas and you buy from us you can be assured that your items will reach you as we always use First Class International or Global Priority.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible, there are sometimes delays that are completely beyond our control. We try and combat any delays by using USPS but there may be delays that again are not in our control. If your order is placed during holiday seasons then this may affect your delivery time, so if this is the case please make sure you leave plenty of time for your order to arrive. You could order early or request an upgrade for your shipping method.
