Refunds And Returns We take a great deal of pride in providing our customers with a good product, fast shipping and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our services we will offer you a refund and below are our policies on returns.
How to Ask For A Refund Let us know immediately via email or phone call that you wish to return an item to us. You must find your own packing supplies and materials as well as shipping labels for all returns to us. Please package your returns to arrive safely back to us. The items must be returned back to us undamaged, and in the same condition that we sent it to you in. Be sure to use the same shipping methods that you used when placing the order with us. We do not reimburse for your shipping cost if they are not the same cost we shipped to you for. All refunds need to be made within 10 business days from the original delivery date. Any request for refunds after this time will not be accepted. When Shipping Is Refundable The items were not as described in our listings. Shipping and any handling fees and insurance is not refundable on returned merchandise unless we misrepresented the item. If it is our fault, we will honor our mistake, and you can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to correct that mistake to your satisfaction. There was damage during delivery and you send photos and proof of damage to us. Any other special request we work out with the customers. When Shipping Is Not Refundable You decide it is the wrong color, wrong size, don't like style, or it's just simply not what you expected nor want. Delivery time was too slow. Although we do add tracking and confirmations to all orders we ship and give U.S.P.S. estimated delivery times to you in our checkout, we can not promise nor guarantee delivery will be as you expected due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control after that package leaves us. We do guarantee you quick and fast shipping within 48 hours after you place an order from us and do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible. You are welcome to request our confirmation information for your package and it will show the date and time we shipped to you and when it left our post office. How To Ship Back To Us A good method to practice when returning is to ask for delivery confirmation at your post office. This will confirm that your package was sent and offers tracking information that you can check online or at your post office to ensure that the delivery of your package made it back to us. If you paid us through PayPal we will send your refund back to your through PayPal. You will receive an email that will show your return was given. If you paid us through credit card we will send your refund back to your credit card and you will receive an email that will show your return was given. Mail in refunds will be sent via mail to you.
